Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Kahe Pearl. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed starting on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not accept or ship international orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days for standard shipping within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and carrier operations.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping fees are based on the order subtotal:

Orders from $0.01 to $50.00: $8.00 standard shipping
Orders over $50.00: Free Standard Shipping

There are no additional handling or processing fees.

Carriers & Order Tracking

Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS).

A tracking number will be provided after your order has been shipped. You can view your tracking information through the shipping confirmation email or by logging into your customer account, if applicable.

Shipping Restrictions

We only deliver to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to countries or regions outside the United States.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions.

If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order whenever possible.

If your package is lost or arrives with serious shipping damage, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
